A browse node is Amazon’s numeric ID for a category or department — for example, the node for “Wireless Headphones”. Bestseller and new-release feeds use them to know which category to pull from.
Finding a browse node
- Open the category on Amazon and look at the URL — the
node=parameter is the browse node ID. - Or use the plugin’s search: when you build a bestseller list, you can pick a category and the plugin resolves the node for you.
Using them
Paste the node ID into a Bestseller list or New releases block to feed it from that category. Nodes are marketplace-specific: a US node won’t work on amazon.co.uk.
